MODENA - Mclaren four engineers finally decided by the court fined Italy.
Daily, a leading Italian daily Monday (23/2/2009) states, the decision to sentence British engineer Mike Coughlan, Rob Taylor, Jonathan Neale and Paddy Lowe related to property ownership confidential Ferrari information has been reached.
The decisions reached Modena court including the provision of a fine of 150,000 to Taylor, Neale and Lowe. 30.00 euros while the fines are more expensive to be Coughlan.
Coughlan is a former head of design mclaren who allegedly received a 780 page collection of important Ferrari documents from Nigel Stepney.
